PLEASE Specify Date and Timing min 1-2 weeks ahead of birthday so we will get enough time to arrange Materials for Onsite and assign available teacher to the time period you have mentioned.

Cancellation and refund policies for Onsite session:



1. After payment is made for any workshop ONLINE OR ONSITE, full refund will be provided only if you inform us about cancellation 7 days before the booked date through formal email
2. FOR ONLINE PARTY CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE 3-5 DAYS OF BOOKED DATE AND 75% REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
3. No refund will be provided for ONSITE PARTY for any cancellation with in 7 days the party booked date as all materials will be purchased for students and TEACHERS WILL BE APPOINTED FOR THE SESSION.
4. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SESSION ONLINE OR ONSITE ON THE BOOKED DATE OR AFTERWARDS IF NOT ATTENDED OR REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATION.



Workshops / Birthday Art Session Guidelines and Terms:



  • All Sessions will be having Onsite/ Online with live instruction from teachers.
  • Required materials should be arranged by the candidate who is participating in workshop for Online session
  • After booked session is over, no further assistance will be provided for incomplete work if student is not finished his/her work. During the session.
  • If any participant not present in the group there will be no refund after session starts.
  • Birthday Art Session are intended to provide good creative time for participants. How much each one grasps instruction from teacher will be totally depending on individual artist and their observation. Output will be totally on each artist's skills and capabilities.
  • For Onsite/Online participants should be present on time to start entire group at same time.
  • Any questions or concerns will be clarified through email only. No phone calls please!
  • After session done no further assistance will be provided.
