Part Time Senior Sale and Marketing Associate
Timings: Mon-Fri 4-8pm and Saturday 3-7pm
DUTIES:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and create compelling content to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Customer Service Responsibilities: -
- Connecting with people and engaging in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel comfortable and ready to take our services.
- A passion for using the phone to talk to people in addition to texting them to be up to date with company's information.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs
- Act as a personal shopper/information center for customers as they enter to the gallery and be 100% focused on customer service to increase the sales.
- Positive Attitude, Politely and professionally respond to inquiries regarding products, services and pricing via the telephone and in person.
- Ready to understand present requirements for the company and taking it forward with new ideas and trends for branding and finding possibilities for the growth.
Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and tools -
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices -
- Experience with performance marketing strategies and tactics -
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and other marketing software/tools -
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices -
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
